Fall Into Joy Theme:

It was around the fall of 2022 when I was sitting on the bench at Highland Park Reservoir, Pittsburgh, PA while enjoying the outdoors listening to praise and worship songs when God put it on my heart to dance in the park. The thought sounded crazy, but good at the same time because what better way to share God’s message than through dance with people who never stepped into the four walls of the church? It was in alignment with everything I was doing at the time, which was studying to become a certified group fitness instructor and I had also just become a certified Revelation Wellness Instructor.

So in August 2023, the thought came up again. I had been wanting to do this along with incorporating a Revelation Wellness Fitness Class. So, the idea came to have other praise dancers, singers, and mime dancers for a Fall Theme, and that’s when “Fall Into Joy”: Praise, Dance, and Fitness was birthed. God placed everyone in my heart who was supposed to be a part of this and magically put all the missing pieces together from the song selection. I can’t believe this vision is coming to fruition.

So if you want to come on out for a fun spirit-filled event to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit bring your family, a chair, your workout gear, and plenty of snacks and water. See more here.
